| Ken and Maridith Koch established Koch & Co., Realtors in 1986. Ken began in the real estate business in 1976 and won numerous sales awards with a large Cedar Rapids real estate firm. Maridith Koch started her real estate career in 1985, and between Ken and Maridith, there are 51 years of experience to assist buyers and sellers in transacting real estate.
